Some customers are experiencing that their cameras are not charging. We are pleased to announce that a solution is now in place. Please plug it in to power and connect the camera to the internet. The newest firmware will trigger on the camera once connected to the internet. Once the update is complete, your camera should be running on firmware 2.2.1 and the camera will be able to charge again.
