This article explains how League Exchange users can invite new members.
Who can invite new members?
If you are a League Owner or an Admin in a League Exchange, you have permission to invite new members to the platform and assign their access level.
Steps to invite a new member
- Go to the Members section on the League Exchange platform.
- Click on Invite member in the upper right corner.
- Provide the following details:
- Email address of the member
- Permission level:
- Admin: Can invite members, add and view recordings, and manage team members
- Editor: Can add and view recordings
- Contributor: Can only view recordings
- Click Send Invite. The invited person will receive an email from Veo with instructions to join the League Exchange.
Note: All members of the league can watch and download recordings within the league.

You need to ask a League Owner or Admin to invite you. If you're unsure who that is, check the Members list in the League Exchange tab, contact your league panel or Veo Support.

Invites to Clubhouse and League Exchange are separate.
Being added to a Clubhouse does not grant access to a League. You must be invited specifically from the League Exchange tab.
League Exchange gives access to a specific League where you can manage or view recordings from teams in that league.
Clubhouse is your club’s main space for managing videos and teams.
These platforms are separate and require separate invitations.
Yes, you can use the same email address for both platforms. However, you need separate invitations for each one.
No, there is no exact limit to the number of users you can invite to a League Exchange; you usually negotiate that with your market manager.
