If you can’t find a match that was previously live-streamed on the Veo Live app, this guide explains why it might not appear and how you can troubleshoot the issue.
How Recent Matches work
The Recent Matches section in the Veo Live app displays the 20 most recent matches streamed by clubs you follow.
Why a match may no longer appear
If a match you previously saw is missing, it may be because it’s no longer among the most recent 20 matches of the clubs you follow.
How to see older matches
To find older matches, you can temporarily unfollow some clubs. This will allow the app to show more matches from the remaining clubs you follow.
Tip: After you’ve found the match, you can follow the clubs again as needed.
Reporting an issue with a live stream
If you believe the match is missing due to a technical issue with the live stream, please report it to us.
To report an issue:
- Open the video player of the match.
- Tap the ( ! ) icon to access the Report Issue function.
