Having trouble uploading a recording from your Veo Cam 1 to your Clubhouse? Follow these steps to check your connection and restart the upload.
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection
For a successful upload, your Veo Cam 1 must be properly connected to the internet. Follow these steps:
-
Connect the camera to the internet
- Turn on your Veo Cam 1.
- Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the camera and the other end directly into your router.
-
Check the Ethernet connection
- Look at the Ethernet port lights on the camera.
- Green and orange lights ON? ✅ The camera is connected.
- No lights? ❌ Try using a different Ethernet cable or router port.
-
Confirm your internet speed
- You need at least 20 Mbps upload speed for a stable connection.
- If your internet is too slow, the upload may fail or take longer than expected.
-
Check the camera’s power light
- Once the Veo Cam 1 is online, the green power button light should turn solid white.
-
Upload status
- If the white light is blinking, the camera is actively uploading your recording.

Step 2: Manually Start the Upload
If the upload isn’t starting automatically, you can trigger it manually:
- On your smartphone, connect to the Veo Cam 1's internal Wi-Fi in your Wi-Fi settings. (This connection does not provide internet but allows access to the camera's system.)
- Open a web browser (Google Chrome or Safari) and type cam.veo.co.
- If you’re using iOS and the page won’t load, tap the blue "i" icon next to the Wi-Fi name and disable IP tracking.
- Once connected, go to the Recordings list (bottom left corner of the page).
- Find the missing recording and click "Upload".
- If the Upload button is green, the process will start.
- If the Upload button is grey, try switching to a different Ethernet port on your router, then refresh the page and try again.
Step 3: Restart the Camera and Retry the Upload
If the upload started but got stuck, perform a power reset cycle:
- Leave the camera powered on and unplugged until the battery fully drains.
- Once powered off, charge the camera for at least 4 hours.
- Before turning it back on, connect the Ethernet cable first.
- Turn on the camera—the upload should automatically resume.
