  • Charging cable and power source
  • Camera battery charged

How to reboot the Veo Cam 1

  1. Ensure the camera is charged. A warm and full battery helps the process.
  2. Turn on the camera and wait for 1 minute.
    (If the camera won’t turn on, skip to step 3.)
  3. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to force a reboot.

  4. Turn the camera on again. Try to connect and check if the issue is resolved.
