How to access camera and app settings in the Veo Camera app

Learn how to access your Veo Cam's settings via the Veo Camera app. You’ll be able to view camera details, monitor performance, and adjust app preferences.


Requirements

  • Veo Camera app installed
  • Active connection to your Veo Cam

How to access the Settings page

  1. Connect to your Veo Cam using the Veo Camera app.
  2. Once connected, tap Settings in the top-right corner of the screen.

Camera status overview

  • Battery life: Shows current battery level. Always check before recording a match
  • Storage: Shows the available space for recordings. Once recordings are uploaded, that space is freed up. A small portion is always reserved by the camera as a buffer, and if you use the Instant Playback feature, it may temporarily use some additional storage
  • Temperature: Lets you monitor the camera’s internal temperature for optimal performance

Camera information

  • Details: View your camera’s ID, IMEI (needed for data plans on Veo Cam 2 and Veo Cam 3 5G), MAC address, and firmware version
  • Internet connection: (Not available for Veo Cam 1) See available networks, current connection, and run speed tests to verify upload and livestream capability
  • Camera debug test: Run diagnostics to detect issues. Helpful for troubleshooting or contacting Support

App settings

  • What's new: See the latest feature updates from Veo
  • Team and field size: Set default values for your teams to speed up your recording or livestream setup
  • Notifications: Enable alerts for battery, storage, and temperature status
  • Auto-connection: Automatically connect to your Veo Cam when opening the app
  • Appearance: Choose between light, dark, or system default mode
  • Language: Select your preferred language for the app
  • Support: Report issues, access the Help Center, and find your Support ID
  • Manage subscription: View and modify your current plan
