Discover some helpful tips to keep your Veo Cam in great shape and ensure it continues to perform well.
No matter if you own a Veo Cam 1, Veo Cam 2, or Veo Cam 3, these helpful tips will help your device stay in great condition.
1. Always carry your Veo Cam in the case provided with your order.
Although the cases for Veo Cam 1, Veo Cam 2, and Veo Cam 3 are different, they all provide excellent protection for your camera. Using the case significantly reduces the risk of accidentally dropping or bumping your camera while transporting it.
2. Keep the lenses clean.
When using the camera, fingerprints, dust, or dirt may get on the lenses, causing a decrease in recording quality. Keeping the lenses clean is crucial for achieving the highest possible image quality.
It is recommended to clean the lenses frequently using a soft, lint-free cloth or lens wipes and handle them with care.
3. Clean the camera body after every game.
Dust and residue from the pitch can land and accumulate on the Veo Cam. Making a habit of cleaning the device after every game will help avoid dirt building up.
Clean or dry with a microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive substances, or solvents.
4. Take care of the battery.
To make sure the battery is always in its best condition, follow these recommendations:
- Always use the charger we provided with your Veo Cam.
- Charge and store at room temperature, ideally at 20° C (68° F).
- Avoid storing or charging the Veo Cam in humid places. If the camera is wet, wait for it to be completely dry before plugging it in to charge.
5. Ensure all parts are securely closed.
When recording in humid or wet conditions, such as rain or snow, ensure that all parts are securely closed to prevent moisture from getting inside the device.
For Veo Cam 1, check the rubber pieces at the bottom of the camera.
For Veo Cam 3 5G, check that the SIM tray is properly inserted. Check how here How to install your SIM Card into the Veo Cam 3.
