This article shows you how to manage your team members' information and permissions.
To make any changes within the team, you need to have Club admin or Admin rights in the team.
There are different changes that you can make to your team members.
Adjust role and permission
1. To alter the role and permission of a certain team member, click on the three dots next to their name in the Members tab of the team in question:
2. From here, you will be taken to the following page to choose the role and permission. Click Update to confirm the changes:
Removing members
To remove members from a team, click on the three dots next to their name and select Remove member:
A window will then appear asking you to Confirm:
A removed team member will no longer have access to the recordings of the team they are removed from.
Check and resend invitations
If you wish to check if one of your invited team members has accepted the invitation to join the team, you can easily do so.
Click on the three dots next to their name.
If Resend invitation shows up as an option, the invitation is yet to be accepted.
By clicking on the Resend invitation button, a new activation email is sent to the invited member:
