How to manage team member permissions

Learn how to manage your team members, edit roles, resend invites, access profiles, and remove members when needed.

Requirements

  • You must be a Clubhouse admin or have Admin rights for the team.

Access the members list

  1. Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
  2. In the right-side panel, select your team. If you're part of multiple Clubhouses, ensure you're in the correct one.
  3. Navigate to the team where you want to manage members.
  4. Click on Members to view the full list.

In the members list, you'll see all current and invited team members. Invites that haven't been accepted yet will appear as pending.

To resend an invitation, click the three dots next to the pending member and select Resend invite email.

Coaches can also access Player Profiles from the list—unless a player has set their profile to private.

Change a team member’s role or permissions

To update someone's role or permission level, follow these steps:

  1. Find the team member in the members list.
  2. Click the dropdown menu and select the new role or permission.

Note: Only Players can create a Player Profile and be tagged in Clips.

Remove a team member

To remove someone from your team:

  1. Go to the members list.
  2. Find the person you'd like to remove—including pending members.
  3. Click the three dots and select Remove member.
  4. Confirm the removal.

FAQs

How do I resend an invitation to a team member?

Go to the Members list of your team. Find the member marked as pending, click the three dots next to their name, and select Resend invite email.

How can I change a team member’s role or permissions?

From the Members list, locate the member whose role you want to update. Click the dropdown next to their role and choose the new role or permission.

Note: Only players can create a Player Profile and be tagged in highlights.

Can I remove a team member who hasn’t accepted the invite?

Yes, you can. In the Members list, find the pending member, click the three dots, and select Remove member.

Why can’t I access a player’s profile?

Player Profiles are only accessible if the player has made their profile public. If it's set to private, even coaches won’t be able to view it.

What permissions do I need to manage team members?

You must be a Clubhouse admin or have Admin rights on the team to view and manage members, change roles, or remove users.
