This guide walks you through how to access and use the Veo Camera Web App at cam.veo.co with your Veo Cam 1. Learn how to connect, record, check camera status, and upload your videos.

Note: cam.veo.co is an alternative way to connect to your Veo Cam 1, typically used through a mobile browser. However, we recommend using the Veo Camera app (iOS) or Veo Camera app (Android) for the most reliable and full-featured experience.

How to connect to cam.veo.co

Follow these steps to connect your mobile device to your Veo Cam 1 and access the web app:

  1. Turn on the camera. A green light will blink during boot-up, then turn steady once ready.
  2. On your smartphone or tablet, go to WiFi settings and connect to the camera’s WiFi: VEOCAM-xxx (xxx = your camera’s serial number). The password is printed underneath the camera.
  3. Open your web browser and go to cam.veo.co.
  4. When the connection is established, you will see the camera preview and have access to recording controls, camera settings, and your recordings list.

What can you do on the Veo Camera Web App?

From the home page of the app, you can:

  • Preview the camera’s field of view
  • Start and stop a recording
  • Monitor battery level, internal temperature, storage, and software version
  • Track the upload status of your recordings

Navigating the Veo Camera Web App

Use the bottom navigation bar to access the three available sections:

  1. Home page
  2. Camera settings
  3. Recordings list

1. Home page

Here, you can preview what the camera is capturing and control recordings.

Before starting your recording, ensure the entire field is visible—especially all four corners, the centerline, and the closest sideline.

How to record a match

  1. On the Home page, confirm the field is properly framed in the preview with all corners visible.
  2. Press the red button in the bottom center to start recording. The app will buffer for up to 10 seconds before the timer begins.
  3. Once recording starts and the timer is counting, you no longer need to be connected to the camera.

How to check if the camera is recording

If the timer is active and no error appears, your recording is running. To double-check, go to Camera settings and refresh—storage usage should increase steadily.

Stop and save your recording

  1. Reconnect to the camera’s WiFi.
  2. Refresh the home page at cam.veo.co.
  3. Click the red recording button to stop.
  4. Enter a name for your recording and save it.
