This guide provides troubleshooting steps if you're unable to connect to the Veo Cam 1 using the web app method at cam.veo.co. It includes two sets of step-by-step instructions to help resolve common connectivity issues via WiFi.
Requirements
- Your Veo Cam 1 at hand
- A mobile device (iOS or Android)
- Access to the camera's WiFi password (printed on the back of the camera)
Troubleshooting Veo Cam 1 WiFi connection
If you're having trouble connecting to the camera’s WiFi network and accessing cam.veo.co, follow these steps:
1. Try reconnecting to the VEOCAM WiFi network
- Disable mobile data on your phone.
- Open your WiFi settings and find the network named VEOCAM.
- Select VEOCAM, choose Forget Network, and confirm.
- Return to your WiFi list and reconnect to VEOCAM using the password kickoff! (found on the back of your Veo Cam).
- Once connected, open your browser and go to cam.veo.co.

Alternative method: Use Flight Mode
- Enable Flight Mode on your phone.
- Turn on WiFi and connect to the VEOCAM network using the password kickoff!.
- Open your browser and navigate to cam.veo.co.
You should now be able to connect to your Veo Cam 1.
