This guide explains how to edit the settings of your Veo recordings, including match details, team assignment, period settings, privacy controls, deleting the recording, and more.
Requirements
- You must be an Editor or higher to edit recording settings
- Only Clubhouse and Team Admins can delete recordings
How to open recording settings
Open the recording you want to edit from your Veo Clubhouse. Click the cog icon next to its title to access the settings.
Editing your recording details
Video status
This section provides an overview of your recording's processing status. Although you can't edit this information, you can view the status of:
- Interactive and Panoramic modes
- Detected sport
- Follow Cam
- AI detections (if applicable)
- Veo Analytics (if purchased)
- Player Spotlight (if purchased)
Sides and periods
Confirm which side your team started on by using the arrows, and set the duration for each period.
You can add as many periods as necessary.
Match details
Update key match information, including:
- Recording title
- Match type
- Location (Home or Away)
- Date
- Final score
Teams
Assign the recording to one of your teams and fill in the opponent details. Assigning a team ensures that the recording is visible to team members and helps personalize features like team names.
Other recording settings
Audio
Editors and above can remove audio from a recording.
Important: Once audio is removed, it cannot be recovered.
Privacy
Choose whether the recording should be Public or Private. Setting it to Private will limit sharing options.
Delete recording
To delete a recording, go to the recording settings. Only Clubhouse and Team Admins have permission to delete recordings.
WARNING:
Deleted recordings cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to permanently remove the file before confirming deletion.
