How to Edit Your Team’s Settings

Learn how to update your team’s details, including its name, abbreviation, age group, gender, crest, and header image using the Edit Team page.

Permissions Required: You must be a Clubhouse admin or Team admin to edit team settings.

How to Access the Edit Team Page

1. Log in to your Veo account
   • Go to app.veo.co and sign in.
2. Select the Team You Want to Edit
   • Click the Teams tab.
   • Choose the team you want to update.

   

3. Open Team Settings
   • On the team page, find the Team settings button next to the team's name.
   • Click it to access the Edit Team page.

   

Editing Basic Team Details

On the Edit Team page, you can update the following details:

• Team Name – Update your team's official name.
• Team Abbreviation – Used for tagging and scoreboards.
• Age Group – Specify the appropriate age category.
• Gender – Set the gender classification for your team.

Customizing the Crest and Header Image

Personalize your team by adding a custom crest and header image.

1. Click Choose image under the crest or header section.
2. Select the desired image from your device.
3. The image will appear in the preview area.
4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Finalizing Your Changes

Once you've updated your team's details and/or uploaded new images, click the Save button to confirm your changes.
