This article will show how to renew your Editor subscription from your Veo account.
Requirements: to renew your Veo Editor subscription, you must be a Club Admin.
To renew your Veo plan, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
- Go to the left-sided menu bar and click on Veo Cams.
- Now select the Renew subscription option next to the camera's serial number.
- A new window will open. Choose which subscription type you want. You can choose the same subscription plan you already have, or you can choose to upgrade. If you want to downgrade the subscription plan, contact us for more assistance.
- Select the plan's frequency (monthly, six months, yearly, or 2 years).
- Accept the terms and conditions and proceed to checkout.
- Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
- Click on the menu at the upper left corner and select Veo Cams.
- Click on the three dots next to the camera's serial number and choose Renew subscription.
- A new window will open. Choose which subscription type you want. You can choose the same subscription plan you already have, or you can choose to upgrade. If you want to downgrade the subscription plan, contact us for more assistance.
- Select the plan's frequency (monthly, six months, yearly, or 2 years).
- Accept the terms and conditions and proceed to checkout.
After completing the payment process, your Veo Editor subscription should be renewed within 24 hours.
If you have recurring payments for your Veo Editor subscription (automatic renewal), you don't have to do anything.
Note: If you also have Analytics and/or Live streaming subscriptions, you must renew them separately.
