How to activate your Veo account after purchase

Just purchased your first Veo Cam? This guide walks you through activating your Veo account and setting up your Clubhouse so you’re ready to start recording as soon as your camera arrives.

 

This article is for you if you just purchased your first Veo Cam and want to activate your account for the first time. If you're already a Veo user, simply login to your account at app.veo.co

 

1. Open the Welcome Email

Right after placing your order, you’ll receive a welcome email from Veo.
Click the Create Password button to begin your account setup.

Have you not received this email?

  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
  • It's only the clubhouse admin and billing contact on your order placement that receives this activation email. If you didn't place the order yourself, reach out to the person who placed the order.

2. Set new Password

Use the same email address you entered during the purchase flow as the main Clubhouse Admin.

3. Log in using your new password

Once your password is set, go to app.veo.co and log in with your new credentials.

4. Set up your Clubhouse

As the Clubhouse Admin, and even before your camera arrives, you can:

Create your first team and Invite your team members

5. After your camera arrives, register it in your Clubhouse

Account activation troubleshooting

  • If you already have a Veo account (from a previous purchase), go directly to app.veo.co and log in with the same credentials (email and password)
  • If you bought a second-hand camera, follow this guide instead. Bought a Used Veo Cam. Here’s What to Do Next
  • If you don't receive the Welcome email, check your spam folder; it may land there
  • Make sure you're using the same email address you used to make the purchase. If someone else bought the Veo Cam, they will need to activate the account following the steps above and then add you as a Clubhouse admin.   • Try resetting your password using the Forgot Password option on the login page at app.veo.co

Note

Keep in mind that account activation and subscription activation are different. Your Subscription will only get activated after you register your Veo Cam to your Clubhouse and your billing period will start.
