This article explains the different permission levels available in a League Exchange and what each role is allowed to do. Whether you're a League Owner, Admin, Editor, or Contributor, each role has a specific set of responsibilities and access rights.
League Owner Access
If you’ve just set up your league with the Veo team and you're an admin, you can request to be upgraded to League Owner by contacting your Veo representative or our support team.
What can a League owner do?
- Add or remove other League Admins
- Add or delete teams
- Update team names and team codes
- Add or remove members of a team
- Change the League name and logo
- Delete the League
Permission levels in the League Exchange
When a user is invited to a League Exchange, they can be assigned one of the following roles: League Owner, Admin, Editor, or Contributor. Each role grants different levels of access and capabilities:

Visibility of match recordings
All match recordings in a League Exchange are visible to members who are:
- Assigned to the league
- Logged into their Veo account
Note: All members, regardless of role, can download match recordings.
