Got a second-hand Veo Cam or had one transferred to you? This guide walks you through how to get a subscription and register it to a Clubhouse so you can start recording your matches in no time.
Requirements
- Confirmation from the previous owner that the Cam has been unregistered
- Clubhouse admin role to access the Plan and Billing page in your account (if you already have a Veo account)
The process depends on whether you already have a Veo account or need to create one. Choose the path that applies to you:
Setting up a second-hand Veo Cam with an existing Veo account
- Log in at app.veo.co.
- Go to the left-hand menu and select Plan and Billing (only visible to Clubhouse admins).
- Click through to our Pricing page.
- Select "I already have a Veo Cam", choose how many cameras to subscribe for, and click Continue.
- Confirm with the previous owner that the camera is no longer registered to any Clubhouse.
- Choose a subscription plan and continue.
- Add any optional add-ons (e.g., tripod, accessories) to your order.
- Enter Shipping and Billing details and proceed.
- Select your preferred payment method. If you choose Bank Transfer, follow the provided instructions.
- Use the top-right selector to choose how often you want to be billed: monthly, every six months, yearly, or every two years.
- Review and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Do you need a different Subscription tier for your used Veo Cam?
If there's another Veo Cam already registered in your Clubhouse, but you need a different subscription plan you must create a new Clubhouse before placing your new order. In a new Clubhouse, you can have a different Subscription tier and different subscription add-on combination, different subscription lengths, different renewal dates, and different payment method.

Setting up a second-hand Veo Cam without a Veo account
- Visit our Pricing page to explore available plans and features.
- Click Configure your order, then choose to continue as a guest.
- Select "I already have a Veo Cam", pick how many cameras to activate, and click Continue.
Note: Ensure the camera has been unregistered from any previous Clubhouse. - Select your preferred subscription plan and proceed.
- Add any optional subscription add-ons or accessories to your order.
- Create a Clubhouse by filling out the form. You will automatically become the Clubhouse admin.
Tip: As an admin, you’ll manage teams, users, matches, and subscription details. - Enter your Shipping and Billing information and proceed.
- Choose your payment method. Bank Transfer instructions will appear if selected.
- Use the top-right selector to set your subscription frequency.
- Review and confirm your order. A confirmation email will be sent with all the details.
