This guide explains how to set up a used Veo Cam so you can start recording your games with ease.
To start using your second-hand Veo Cam, you’ll need to get a subscription plan and create a Clubhouse to register the Camera.
If you already have an account, please refer to How to add additional Veo Cams to your Clubhouse. for detailed instructions on adding an additional camera to your account through the Plan and Billing page.
In this guide, we’ll follow the example where you don’t have an account yet.
- Visit our Pricing page at www.veo.co/pricing
On this page, you can explore the different subscription plans we offer, compare the features included in each, and find the plan that best suits your needs.
- Once you’ve chosen a plan, click on Configure your order.
Select the option to continue as a guest, as you don't have an account yet.
- Look for the option "I already have a Veo Cam" and check the box next to it. Then, select how many cameras you want to activate a subscription for and click Continue.
Confirm with the previous Cam owner, the camera has been unregistered and is no longer attached to any other Clubhouse. - Confirm the subscription plan you want and proceed.
- In the following steps, you’ll have the option to add subscription add-ons to your plan. You can also include a tripod or other accessories with your order.
- Now comes the Clubhouse creation step. Simply fill in the requested information. Please note that the person registered will automatically become the Clubhouse admin. Clubhouse admins manage team creation, user administration, match recordings, and subscriptions.
- Complete the Shipping and Billing information and proceed to the next step.
- Select your preferred payment method. If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer, additional instructions will be provided.
- Choose your subscription frequency by using the selector in the top-right corner. You can opt for monthly, every six months, yearly, or every two years billing. You can change this at any point during the purchase process.
- Review and confirm your order. Once completed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details.
