Loyalty Discount (base plan)
This discount is applied if we upgraded you to a higher base subscription as part of our alignment process. To ensure you keep your previous pricing, we've covered the difference between the new and old plans. You'll only see this discount if you are part of the 2024 migration. Loyalty Discount (add-on plans)
This discount is applied if we needed to extend your existing add-ons (Live and/or Analytics) to all your cameras as part of our add-ons alignment.
