In the Summer of 2024, we updated our systems to make managing your subscription easier and more straightforward. This article is created to give clarity to accounts affected by this update. Here’s what’s changed:

Introduction of Self-service within the new Plan & Billing Page We’ve made it easier for you to take control of your subscription. As a Club Admin, you can now manage everything from the new Plan & Billing page. Here’s what you can do:
- View your current subscription details
- Update your payment method
- Access your billing history
- Upgrade your plan or add add-ons (only available for Credit Card users)
This is just the beginning! We’re working on adding even more self-service options to give you greater flexibility and control.

Streamlined subscriptions We’ve combined your subscriptions and add-ons into one main plan with a single payment date and billing frequency.
- If you had multiple renewal dates, we aligned your subscriptions to renew on the earliest date. For example, if you had three subscriptions—one renewing in January 2025, another in April 2025, and another in November 2024—we aligned all your subscriptions to renew in November 2024, crediting any pre-paid amounts and remaining time from your previous plans.

You might see discounts applied to your next invoice As we aligned your subscriptions to the earliest renewal date, we made sure to credit any pre-paid amounts and remaining time from your previous plan. Payment method changes If you had multiple credit cards on file, we had to switch you to bank transfer payments. Want to add a credit card again? Visit this article, How to manage your payment method, or head straight to your Billing Page under Plan & Billing to update your payment method.
