Understanding Clubhouse Admins: Roles, Permissions, and Setup

This guide shows you how to add and remove Clubhouse Admins from your account.

When you create a Veo Clubhouse, you’re automatically made the Clubhouse Admin, giving you full control to manage your teams and content effortlessly.

What Can a Clubhouse Admin Do?

As the Clubhouse Admin, here’s what you can do:

• Manage Users: Add, remove, and manage members in your Clubhouse.
• Create Teams: Set up and organize teams to streamline collaboration.
• Edit Clubhouse Info: Keep your Clubhouse details up to date.
• Manage Subscriptions: Upgrade, downgrade, or enhance your Clubhouse with extra features.
• Update Payment Details: Easily manage and update your payment methods.

These tools give you everything you need to keep your Veo Clubhouse running smoothly.

Adding More Clubhouse Admins

Need more hands on deck? You can invite additional Clubhouse Admins with just a few clicks:

1. Go to Clubhouse Settings.
2. Click on Invite Clubhouse Admins and enter the email addresses of those you want to add as Clubhouse Admins.
3. They’ll get an email invite and can accept to gain Clubhouse Admin access.

Heads up: New admins will have full control, including the ability to manage users, create teams, edit Clubhouse details, handle subscriptions, and even remove other admins.

Removing Clubhouse Admins

If a Clubhouse Admin needs to be removed because they are no longer part of the Club, for example, follow these steps:

1. Go to Clubhouse Settings.
2. Find the Clubhouse Admin to be removed.
3. Click on the three dots and select Remove Clubhouse Admin.

When a Clubhouse Admin is removed, they will get a notification email.

Keep in mind that the Clubhouse must always have at least one Clubhouse Admin, so if you're the last admin, you won’t be able to leave the Clubhouse until you invite another to take your place.

Viewing Clubhouse Admins

All members can see who the Clubhouse Admins are by visiting the Clubhouse Settings page. This helps identify who to reach out to for management or subscription questions.

Note: While everyone can see the list of admins, only current Clubhouse Admins can add or remove other Clubhouse Admins.
