If your current subscription plan doesn't meet your needs, you can easily upgrade to a higher tier for more entitlements. Discover the options available here Veo Editor subscription plans.
You can upgrade your subscription from your Veo Clubhouse. To do so, follow these steps:
- Login to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
- If you’re part of more than one Clubhouse, make sure you are in the correct one before taking further action.
- Find the option Plan and Billing on the left-side panel. Keep in mind that only Clubhouse Admins can see and access this page.
- Under Plan and Usage, you will find the different available plans. Choose the plan you want to upgrade to.
- A window with details about the upgrade will open. Here you will see:
- The plan you're upgrading to.
- The new entitlements you get.
- The amount to be paid. This will be automatically calculated based on the time left until your subscription renews and the plan you’re upgrading to.
- The payment method to be used.
If everything is correct, click on Upgrade.
- Your order will be processed.
- Once completed, you will see a confirmation banner at the top of the screen, showing that your plan has been upgraded. The upgrade might take a few minutes to activate.
Please note that if you wish to pay via Bank Transfer, it is not possible to upgrade your subscription plan through self-service. To proceed, please switch to a credit card payment method (How to manage your payment method in your Veo Account.) or contact our support team for further assistance.
