How can I upgrade my Veo Editor Subscription.

If your current subscription plan doesn't meet your needs, you can easily upgrade to a higher tier for more entitlements. Discover the options available here Veo Editor subscription plans.

 

You can upgrade your subscription from your Veo Clubhouse. To do so, follow these steps:

If paying with a Credit Card
  1. Login to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
  2. If you’re part of more than one Clubhouse, make sure you are in the correct one before taking further action.
  3. Find the option Plan and Billing on the left-side panel. Keep in mind that only Clubhouse Admins can see and access this page.
  4. Under Plan and Usage, you will find the different available plans. Choose the plan you want to upgrade to.

  5. A window with details about the upgrade will open. Here you will see:
    • The plan you're upgrading to.
    • The new entitlements you get.
    • The amount to be paid. This will be automatically calculated based on the time left until your subscription renews and the plan you’re upgrading to.
    • The payment method to be used.

    If everything is correct, click on Upgrade.

  6. Your order will be processed.
  7. Once completed, you will see a confirmation banner at the top of the screen, showing that your plan has been upgraded. The upgrade might take a few minutes to activate.

If paying with a Bank Transfer

Please note that if you wish to pay via Bank Transfer, it is not possible to upgrade your subscription plan through self-service. To proceed, please switch to a credit card payment method (How to manage your payment method in your Veo Account.) or contact our support team for further assistance.
