If you have a Veo Cam and you want to Level Up your experiencing by including Veo Analytics, Veo Live (not available for Veo Cam 1) or Player Spotlight to your subscription, these are the steps you need to follow:
If paying with a Credit Card
- Login to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
- If you’re part of more than one Clubhouse, make sure you are in the correct one before taking further action.
- Find the option Plan and Billing on the left-side panel. Keep in mind that only Clubhouse Admins can see and access this page.
- Under Plan and Usage, you will find Available Add-ons. Choose the add-on you want to purchase.
- A window with details about the upgrade will open. Here you will see:
- The add-on you are purchasing.
- The option to add more add-ons.
- The amount to be paid. This will be automatically calculated based on the time left until your subscription renews.
- The payment method to be used.
If everything is correct, click on Upgrade.
- Your order will be processed.
- Once completed, you will see a confirmation banner at the top of the screen, and the add-on will show as enabled. The feature might take a few minutes to activate.
If paying with a Bank Transfer
Please note that if you wish to pay via Bank Transfer, it is not possible to purchase add-ons through self-service. To proceed, please switch to a credit card payment method (How to manage your payment method in your Veo Account.) or contact our support team for further assistance.
