If you need to cancel or return your Veo order (Hardware only: Veo Cam, Tripod, any accessory), here is what you need to do...
- Go to support.veo.co
- In the Submit a request area, select No if you don't currently have an open support ticket
- If you do have an an open support ticket about this issue, please enter the ticket ID number here
- On the next page, enter your contact details
- Add your support ID in the next field. You can find this by logging in to your Veo account. Learn how to find your Support ID
- On the next page, select Order and Shipping
- Add your order number in the following field. You can find that in your order confirmation email.
- Next, select Shipping and delivery issues
- On the next page, select Cancelling my order
- In the text box that follows, please provide full details of the order that you wish to cancel
- Add any attachments if they are needed.
- Click on Submit when you have completed the form.

Please note
- To cancel an order that has already been shipped, you must return it to Veo before receiving a refund.
- To make a return, reach out to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- If you purchased a Subscription at the same time as a camera, the period of 30 days begins from the date that you activated your Veo Subscription. However, to qualify for a return, this cannot be more than 12 months from the delivery date of the camera. For more details, please visit https://www.veo.co/terms
