If you would like to change something about your hardware purchase - for example, change the type of camera that you ordered, add an extra tripod or remove a carrying case - here is what you need to do...
- Go to support.veo.co
- In the Submit a request area, click on Orders and Shipping cases
- On the next page, enter your email address and then select Shipping Inquiries from the next drop-down list.
- Then select Making changes to products in my order
- Enter your Order Number - this is important to include.
- Then add your full name, your Support ID and your Country
- In the text box that follows, please provide full details of the item or items that you wish to change
- Add any attachments if they are needed.
- Click on Submit when you have completed the form.
Our support team will reach out to you to confirm your request as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, the item(s) will need to be returned to Veo before any modifications can be made. Our support team will provide you with all the information you need.
