How do I report duplicate items in my order delivery?

If you have received a duplicate item or items in your order delivery, here is how you can let us know...

  1. Go to support.veo.co
  2. In the Submit a request area, click on Orders and Shipping cases
  3. On the next page, enter your email address and then select Request Return from the next drop-down list. 
  4. Then select Duplicate items in my order
  5. Enter your Order Number - this is important to include.
  6. Then add your full name, your Support ID and your Country
  7. In the text box that follows, please provide full details of the duplicate items that you have received. If this includes a camera, please provide the serial number.
  8. Add any attachments if they are needed.
  9. Click on Submit when you have completed the form.
