If you have received a duplicate item or items in your order delivery, here is how you can let us know...
- Go to support.veo.co
- In the Submit a request area, click on Orders and Shipping cases
- On the next page, enter your email address and then select Request Return from the next drop-down list.
- Then select Duplicate items in my order
- Enter your Order Number - this is important to include.
- Then add your full name, your Support ID and your Country
- In the text box that follows, please provide full details of the duplicate items that you have received. If this includes a camera, please provide the serial number.
- Add any attachments if they are needed.
- Click on Submit when you have completed the form.
