How do I report missing items from my order?

If there is something missing from your order delivery, here is how you can let us know...

  1. Go to support.veo.co
  2. In the Submit a request area, click on Orders and Shipping cases
  3. On the next page, enter your email address and then select Shipping Inquiries from the next drop-down list.
  4. Then select Missing items in my order
  5. Enter your Order Number - this is important to include.
  6. Then add your full name, your Support ID and your Country
  7. In the text box that follows, please provide full details of the items that are missing from your order
  8. Add any attachments if they are needed.
  9. Click on Submit when you have completed the form.
