How can I change the delivery address for my Veo order?

Important: Veo can only deliver to standard residential and commercial addresses. We cannot make deliveries to a PO Box or military address.

If you would like to change the delivery address for your order, here is how you can make this request.

  1. Go to support.veo.co
  2. In the Submit a request area, click on Orders and Shipping cases
  3. On the next page, enter your email address and then select Order Status and Changes from the next drop-down list. 
  4. Then select Updating Delivery Details 
  5. Enter your Order Number - this is important to include.
  6. Then add your full name, your Support ID and your Country
  7. In the text box that follows, please provide the new delivery address and confirm the original address added to the order.
  8. Add any attachments if they are needed.
  9. Click on Submit when you have completed the form.

Our support team will reach out to you to confirm your request as soon as possible.

Please note

If your order has already shipped, we might not be able to change the delivery address. Our support team will give you all the necessary information.
