Interactive mode lets you interact with your recordings, zoom in and out, move the camera, and enjoy a panoramic view.
Interactive mode is available for 90 days after the video is processed on the platform. However, you can restore and enjoy it again.
If you see the message Interactive Mode is archived when trying to access it, follow these steps to restore:
- Open the recording you want to watch.
- Click on the Interactive Player icon (
) in the bottom right corner of the recording.
- Lastly, click on Restore interactive mode when you see the alert that the interactive mode is archived.
Any logged in team member and Clubhouse admins can restore interactive mode.
Keep in mind
It can take up to 24 hours for interactive mode to be restored. If you try to access interactive mode while processing, you will see the message Interactive Mode is being restored.
