This is how you can download your invoices from your Veo account...
- Go to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
- Find the option Plan and Billing on the left-side panel. Keep in mind that only Clubhouse Admins can see and access this page.
- Now go to the Billing tab.
- All your available invoices will be ready to download from the Billing history section.
You can download invoices once they're fully paid. For orders with hardware items (like a camera or tripod), the invoice will be available after the items have been shipped.
Once ready, your invoice will also be emailed to you. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder to see if it has landed there.
Please note:
- The Plan & Billing section will only be visible to admins. If you don't see this option, contact a Veo Clubhouse admin account holder at your organisation for assistance.
- If your order contains both a subscription and some hardware items, you may be sent multiple invoices from Veo for that order.
- The payment for subscriptions is captured immediately, and you will be sent an invoice for that part of the order once you have activated your subscription e.g by registering your camera or uploading a recording.
- Invoices for the hardware portion of your order will be sent once the items have been shipped.
- If your order isn't fully paid or your hardware order hasn't shipped yet, the order confirmation email is the only document we can provide at that time. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.
