Knowing your Support ID comes in really handy when contacting support. This guide will walk you through the steps to locate it.
The ID consists of 5 characters and includes both letters and numbers. There are 2 ways to find the ID, through your Veo account or the Veo Camera app.
You can find the support ID by logging in to your Veo account, and going to the bottom of the options panel. You will have the option to copy the ID.
You can also find your support ID on the Clubhouse Settings page, for that, follow these steps:
- Go to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
- If you're part of more than one Clubhouse, make sure you're working on the correct one or change from the Clubhouse selector.
- Find the option Clubhouse Settings on the left-side panel.
- The Clubhouse settings page will open now and you will see the support ID in the first field.
To find your support ID in the Veo Camera app, follow these steps:
- Open the Veo Camera app on your mobile and make sure to log in with your Veo credentials.
- Go to settings in the top right corner.
- Tap on the Support option and you will see the Support ID there.
