Your Support ID is a unique 5-character code (letters and numbers) that helps our team assist you more efficiently. This guide shows where to locate it in both the Veo Camera App and the web platform at app.veo.co.
Find Your Support ID in the Veo Camera App
- Open the Veo Camera app on your mobile device and log in with your Veo account.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Support from the menu. Your Support ID will be displayed on this screen.

Option 1: From the Main Settings Panel
Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co, then scroll to the bottom of the left-hand options panel. Your Support ID will be visible with a copy button.
Option 2: From Clubhouse Settings
- Go to app.veo.co and log in.
- If you manage multiple Clubhouses, make sure you're viewing the correct one using the Clubhouse selector.
- Click Clubhouse Settings in the left-hand menu.
- Your Support ID will appear in the first field on the Clubhouse Settings page.
