Warranty.

 

What type of warranty does Veo offer?
  • We offer 2 types of warranty: Year 1 and Year 2-3.
  • Warranty is applicable only for malfunctioning cameras.
  • The warranty for your Veo Cam starts from the day of delivery.
  • We will always offer to repair the camera first, meaning the camera will not automatically be replaced with a new one.
  • We will always cover shipping costs for cameras within warranty.
When is the camera covered by warranty?

Year 1: Right to claim.

  • We will always start by offering to repair the camera for free.
  • If we cannot repair the camera and it has not been disassembled, tampered with or damaged by the user, we will offer a free refurbished Veo camera 3.

Year 2-3: we offer paid repair services.

  • We will offer a paid repair service.
  • If we cannot repair the camera and it has not been disassembled, tampered with, or damaged by the user, we will offer a paid refurbished Veo camera 3.
When is the camera not covered by warranty?

Year 1 -3

  • If a camera is broken due to an accidental drop or in any way has been disassembled, tampered with or damaged, the warranty does NOT apply.

Year 3+

  • Once a camera is older than 3 years, it is not covered by warranty.

Refurbished cameras are not covered by warranty unless they present manufacturing issues.

 

Repair policy.

When does Veo repair a camera?

We only repair cameras that are within the 3-year warranty and have not been disassembled, tampered with, or damaged by the user.

What is the cost to repair?
  • If the camera is within the right to claim (Year 1 of warranty), all repair fees will be covered by Veo as long as it is a manufacturing defect.
  • In Year 2-3, the cost to repair is: 549 EUR/USD/GBP, 599 USD (North America, find the list of countries here), 999 AUD, 4599 DKK. The repair cost includes shipping costs.
What happens if Veo cannot repair the camera?
  • In Year 1, we will replace it with a refurbished Veo camera 3.
  • In Year 2-3, we will offer a paid refurbished Veo camera 3.
What is the cost of a refurbished Veo Camera 3?

If we cannot repair the camera, we will offer you a refurbished camera at the same cost as our repair fee.

What happens to the camera subscription when it is in for repair?
We will cover the subscription for the time the camera is with us for repair.
