This guide explains how to upload recordings from Veo Cam 2 or Veo Cam 3. Connect the camera to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet (using a USB-C dongle) to upload. Track progress in the Veo Camera App. Once complete, the Clubhouse admin is notified, and the recording processing begins.
Requirements
- Veo Cam 2 or Veo Cam 3
- Internet access via WiFi or Ethernet
- Veo Camera App installed on iOS or Android - if you want to check your upload progress
Step 1: Recordings Are Saved on Your Camera
- After you finish recording, your video is securely stored on your Veo Cam.
- No action is needed immediately after recording.
Step 2: Connect Your Camera to the Internet
Your camera needs an internet connection to upload recordings. You have two options:
Option 1: Connect to WiFi
- From the Veo Camera app setting, you will find the Connection option; from here, you have the option to connect to Wifi. For a step-by-step guide visit the guide How to connect your Veo cam 2 or Veo Cam 3 to a WiFi network
Note: If your Veo Cam 2 or Veo Cam 3 5G has a SIM card installed, remove it before uploading via WiFi to avoid connection problems.
Option 2: Use an Ethernet Cable
- Plug your camera into a router using an Ethernet cable and a USB-C dongle (adapter).
- Look for green and orange lights on the dongle to confirm the connection.
Note: Ethernet cables and dongles are not included with your Veo Cam.
Step 3: Check Your Camera’s Behavior During Upload
- Check the indicator lights on the back of your Veo Cam; the first and second lights on the back will blink, indicating the Veo Cam is busy uploading the recording.
- Battery Level: The battery LEDs (3–5 lights) show the remaining charge.
*While the GIF shows a Veo Cam 3, the uploading process works the same way on a Veo Cam 2.
When the upload is complete, the lights will stop blinking.
Step 4: Follow the Upload Progress
Once the upload has started, you can monitor the upload by accessing the Library on the Veo Camera App:
- Connect to your Veo Cam 2 or Veo Cam 3 through the Veo Camera App.
- Go to Library in the top left corner.
- In the Library, you’ll find your uploading recordings under the On Camera section.
After a successful upload to your Veo Clubhouse, the recording will be automatically deleted from your camera to free up space for future matches.
Note: Once the upload is complete, the Clubhouse admin will receive an email notification, and the recording will automatically begin processing.

Good to Know
If you record multiple matches in one day, your Veo Cam will pause uploads during recording and automatically resume them afterward.
