Important camera and safety information

NO SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE

  • Before using of the camera, carefully read these safety instructions.
  • Keep these safety instructions.
  • Follow all warnings and instructions.
  • Clean and dry the camera and lenses with the cloth included in the packaging.
  • Do not place near any heat registers, stoves or other camera that produce heat.
  • Protect any cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at the plugs.
  • Only use the attachments and accessories specified.
  • Do not expose the camera for excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
  • Unplug this camera during storms or when unused for long periods of time.
  • Connect only to proper mains voltage of 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz.
  • To completely disconnect this camera from AC Mains, disconnect the power supply plug from the AC socket.
  • Please contact Veo Customer Support if the camera has been damaged in any way, objects have fallen onto or into the camera, the camera does not operate normally or has been dropped.
  • Any alterations or intentional opening of the camera will disqualify warranty.
  • All equipment should be installed and operated with more than 20 cm distance between the object and your body.
  • Only charge the camera in ambient temperatures between 5°C and 33°C.
  • Only store the camera in ambient temperatures between 5°C and 25°C.
  • Only operate the camera in ambient temperatures between -10°C and 45°C.
  • When operating the camera in an ambient temperature above 33°C your camera might overheat causing a safety shutdown protection of the camera. The camera will be functional again after the temperature has dropped below 33°C.
  • Do not expose the camera to excessive humidity or rain.

 

NOTICES: Avoid exposing your camera to very cold or very hot temperatures. Low or high temperature conditions may temporarily shorten the battery life or cause the camera to temporarily stop working properly.

 

CE Declaration

Veo Technologies Aps declares that this camera is in compliance with the essential requirements of the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU. The Declaration of Conformity may be found at support.veo.co

 

RF Exposure Information

This camera meets the EU requirements on the limitation of exposure of the general public to electromagnetic fields. The camera complies with the RF exposure specifications when used 20 cm or more from your body.

 

FCC Statement

This camera is only compliant if no changes or modifications are made to the camera.

This camera has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital camera, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This camera generates, uses, and can emit radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

Operation of this equipment in residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.

This camera complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

  • This camera may not cause harmful interference, and
  • This camera must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
