How to request the cancellation of your Veo subscription plan.

If you don’t want to continue with your Veo Camera subscription, you can request cancellation from our Support team. Please be aware that this can be done before the end of the subscription period.


To request cancellation, follow these steps:

  1. Go to
  2. On the bottom right corner, click on the question mark (contact widget).
  3. Select Submit a request.
  4. Now select Subscriptions.
  5. Under Tell Us More, select “Renew, upgrade, downgrade, cancel subscription, or submit tax form.”
  6. Lastly, under “What change would you like to make?” select Cancel Subscription.

Make sure to provide all the other information requested in the form to avoid any delays in our response.
