To cancel your Veo Subscription, you'll need to contact our Support team.
To request cancellation, follow these steps:
- Go to our Help Center at support.veo.co.
- Look for the option Submit a request.
- Provide all the required information.
- Under What do you need help with, select Subscriptions and billing.
- Under Subscription Management, look for the option Cancel Subscription.
Ensure that all the information requested is provided in the form for quicker resolution.
Things to keep in mind when canceling your subscription
- Your subscription will continue to be active until the original expiration date, but it will not renew automatically.
- It’s not possible to reactivate a canceled subscription. If you’d like to subscribe again, you’ll need to purchase a new subscription. You can easily do this by going to the Plan and Billing section of your account or by reaching out to our Sales team for assistance.
