Get set up with Veo
- The very first thing you should do is to activate your Veo account. To do so, follow the steps on this guide Activate your Veo account.
- Once your account has been activated, you can create teams and invite team members.
- When your order gets delivered, unbox your Veo Cam and make sure everything has been received.
- Make sure to download the Veo Camera app. To install the app click here for iOS, and for Android click here.
- Register the Veo Cam to the Clubhouse you have previously created. When you register your camera, your subscription will be activated.

Before Game Day
- We recommend making a test recording to ensure everything is working as it should.
- Charge and store your Veo Cam following the guidelines in this article Best practices when charging and storing your Veo Cam 3.
- For Veo Live: For fans to watch your game, they will need to download the Veo Live app. The app allows them to follow your club and get notifications anytime you start a live stream. You can also decide to send your live streams to External destinations. You can visit our section External destinations to learn how to set up each destination (YouTube, Twitch, X, Facebook).
On Game Day
- Arrive Early to give yourself plenty of time to set up your equipment. Make sure you have your Veo Cam, tripod, and a phone with the Veo Camera appinstalled with you.
- Follow the steps in this guide to learn how to set up for recording.
- Set up your tripod in position.
- Turn the camera on and connect to it. Place it on the tripod and elevate it to the maximum height.

- For Veo Live you can start a live stream. - When the game is over, open the Veo Camera app again and stop and save the recording, it will be stored in your Veo Cam until you upload it to the Veo platform.
After Game
- Now is the time to upload your recording from the Veo Cam to the Veo platform (your Veo Clubhouse).
- The upload time can vary depending on your internet connection and the size of the file to be uploaded. A 90 min match with an upload speed of 20 Mbps will take approximately 1,5 - 2 hours to upload completely.
- After the video is uploaded, it will be processed by AI within 8 hours for football (soccer) matches and within 24 hours for any other sport. You will get a notification on your email once the video is ready to watch.
