This article helps you understand how to manage your payment method in your Veo account for a smooth and hassle-free experience on our platform.
Your payment information is managed from the Plan and Billing section on your Veo account.
Access to Plan and billing is part of our new systems. Existing customers will be transitioned to the new systems in groups. If you're a Clubhouse admin and the Plan and Billing page is not visible to you, it's likely that your migration has not happened just yet.

How to access the Plan and Billing page:
- Go to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
- Find the option Plan and Billing on the left-side panel. Keep in mind that only Clubhouse Admins can see and access this page.
- Now go to the Billing tab.
- You will now see details about your payment method and the option to edit it.
There can only be one active payment method in the system. To change the payment method, click on Edit and follow the on-screen instructions.
