This article introduces you to the different Privacy settings for your Club on the Veo Live app.
Establishing the privacy settings
Club admins can now decide the privacy level of their Club in the Veo Live app.
There are three levels of privacy available:
Public
- Your Club is discoverable within the search results.
- Your Club is automatically followed by your club members (they can choose to unfollow).
- Your Club profile can be shared.
Unlisted
- Your Club is not discoverable in the search results.
- Your Club is automatically followed by your club members (they can choose to unfollow).
- Your Club profile can be shared, which means it can be accessed by non-club members via the share link.
Private
- Your Club is not discoverable in the search results.
- Your Club is automatically followed by your club members (they can choose to unfollow).
- Your Club profile cannot be shared.
Changing the privacy setting doesn't affect current Club followers, but it affects potential followers and their ability to find your club on Veo Live.
If a fan already follows your club, they will still get a notification when a live stream starts, and they will be able to view it by opening the notification - unless a club admin removes them as a follower.
Removing Club followers
Club admins can remove followers from the Club’s followers list. This gives you more control over who can watch your Live games, adding an extra layer of privacy.
Followers will not be notified if they have been removed.
