The Producer Panel in Veo Live gives you real-time control over your live stream by letting you start and stop the match clock, update the score, add key events as Moments, and display graphic elements such as team or Club logos. Whether you're in the field or remote, this tool ensures your viewers stay engaged and informed throughout the game.

- You must have Admin or Editor permissions on your Veo team
- Veo Live app installed on your mobile device (available for iOS and Android)
What is the Producer Panel?
The Producer Panel is a live production tool in the Veo Live app. It helps enhance the live viewing experience by letting you:
- Start and stop the game clock
- Display custom graphics, such as club logos, sponsor ads, or event promotions
- Update the match score in real time
- Highlight key plays or actions as "Moments"
These updates are visible to viewers and are stored in the match’s Events timeline and Moments reel.
Tip: You can operate the Producer Panel remotely. You don’t need to be at the field.
Who can control the Producer Panel?
Anyone with Admin or Editor access on your team can log in to Veo Live and manage the Producer Panel.
Note: To avoid confusion and duplicate edits, assign one dedicated person to control the panel during live games.

- Clock: Start, pause, or stop the game timer
- Overlays: Display custom graphics, such as club logos, sponsor ads, or event promotions
- Score: Update the score each time a team scores
- Moment: Capture key moments from the match
- Events: View all recorded updates, including clock changes, scores, and Moments
Using the Producer Panel
To get started:
- Open the Veo Live app.
- Find the Clubhouse and the match you want to update.
- When the live stream opens, tap anywhere on the screen for the Producer Panel to show.
How to control the clock
- Tap Clock, then Start at kick-off.
- At half-time, tap Clock and then Stop.
- To begin the second half, tap Clock, set the time (e.g., 45:00), then tap Start.
- At full-time, tap Clock and Stop again.
How to display Overlays
- After making sure the Overlay package has been added from your Veo Clubhouse account, tap Overlays in the Producer Panel.
- You’ll see options to activate the upper right image, lower banner, or both.
When activated, overlays will appear for all viewers and will also be saved in the on-demand version of the match.
- To remove the overlays, simply tap them again in the Producer Panel to deactivate.

How to update the score
- When a goal is scored, tap Score.
- Assign the goal to the correct team and tap Update.
- The score will be updated in the match overlay for viewers.
How to add Moments
- When something exciting happens, tap Moment.
- Tap Update to add it to the match.
- A clip is generated using 15 seconds before and 5 seconds after the tap time.
Best practices for accuracy
- If you're on the field and controlling the panel, wait until the action appears in the Veo Live app stream before making updates.
- Pause the stream and use the skip buttons to fine-tune the timing for clock or Moment additions.
Can I use the Producer Panel on past live matches?
Yes, the panel works for previously live-streamed matches. However, for the best experience, use it within 30 days of the match date, as older matches may have limitations.
