Installing the firmware update

  • Turn on the camera

  • Connect the camera to power

  • Connect the camera to the internet with the ethernet cable for at least 30 minutes to trigger the installation


How to verify the update went through successfully

This is how to check that the software update went through:

  • Please disable your mobile data on your phone

  • Go to your WiFi network and look for the VEOCAM

  • Click on the VEOCAM and look for an option that says 'forget network' and press that

  • Go back to WiFi networks and try to connect to the VEOCAM again

  • Open your browser and look for cam.veo.co

  • Under the settings page, you will be able to see the camera's serial number and the software version.
