Veo Analytics is the newest feature you can access on app.veo.co. It's available as of September 1st, 2021.

Let's get right into it!

General information:

  • The Veo Analytics add-on will run on the same period as your current subscription (Family, Team, Club, etc). If you pay your subscription annually, you will add 12-months of Veo Analytics on top of it.

  • Only available on new recordings.

  • Sign-up to get it via the chatbot in our Support Site> click Add Veo Analytics.

What does Veo Analytics include?

We’re releasing the features in two stages.

  • September: 2D Radar View, Match Momentum, Heatmaps

  • November: Match Events and Stats (data points included: half starts, goal, penalty kicks, corner kick, free kick, goal kick, shot on goal)

Will the new Veo Analytics feature work with the existing model (Veo Cam 1)?

  • Yes, if you'd like this feature, please reach out to us via https://support.veo.co/en/ > chat option in the bottom right corner > click Veo Analytics

Does Veo Analytics work for other sports (ex.: field hockey, rugby, basketball, handball, etc.)?

  • Not yet. For starters, Veo Analytics will only work on football/soccer recordings. It’s our ambition to extend Veo Analytics to other sports, however, as of now, we don't have a clear timeline for this.

Can I have Veo Analytics only for 1 of my cameras?

  • Veo Analytics will work on a club level. Let's say you have 2 cameras within your club, this means you'd need to purchase Veo Analytics add-on twice.

Can Veo Analytics be used on a player level? (individual player heat maps, meters run, number of passes, etc.)

  • Not yet, but we are working on it. Hopefully, we’ll be able to have this released in 2022. Team separation and team statistics are a great step towards player tracking, but we’re not there yet.
