We'd like to introduce you our recent changes to app.veo.co. You're now able to monitor and renew your subscription with just a few clicks.

As you know, each camera has its own subscription. The expiry dates can vary depending on when you started to use the camera.

There are several different subscription tiers and 2 different payment methods:

Annual

Monthly

12 months

Reoccurring monthly payment

1 time payment

12(+) payments

Manual renewal every year

Automatically renews every month until it's cancelled


Access the overview and renew the subscription for your individual cameras:

Annual subscription

1. Log in to app.veo.co

2. Click on the menu on the right

3. Choose My cameras from the list

4. Click on the Renew subscription button

5. A new page will pop up where you can proceed with the payment

Monthly subscription

1. Log in to app.veo.co

2. Click on the menu on the right

3. Choose My cameras from the list

4. You can now see an overview of your subscriptions

Please note, if you purchased your camera before March 2020, you will have a Basic, Elite or Elite+ subscription.


You can always up- or downscale your subscription plan to best suit your needs.
