We'd like to introduce you our recent changes to app.veo.co. You're now able to monitor and renew your subscription with just a few clicks.

As you know, each camera has its own subscription. The expiry dates can vary depending on when you started to use the camera.

There are several different subscription tiers and 2 different payment methods:

  • Recurring payment – automatic payments, expiry date updates automatically.

  • Non-recurring payment – when the subscription runs out, you can renew directly from app.veo.co

How to renew non-recurring subscriptions?

1. Log in to app.veo.co

2. Click on the menu on the right

3. Choose My cameras from the list

4. Click on the Renew subscription button

5. A new page will pop up where you can proceed with the payment

In case you prefer to upgrade you subscription:

You can help us by providing the following information:

  • Camera's Serial Number

  • New subscription tier – Family, Team, Club, Enterprise

  • Payment frequency – 24 months, 12 months, 6 months, 1 month
