If you can see the recording on the recordings list (cam.veo.co), but the upload won't start, or it's stuck, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that there is an internet connection in the primary source (where you've connected the ethernet cable).  

👉 How? Connect the same cable to your computer (or laptop) instead of the Veo camera. Now switch off the wifi on your computer, and then try to access any website in your browser: if it works, it means there is internet connection. If not, you need to plug the ethernet cable in another internet source.

2. Check the recordings list. If the connection was lost while saving, the recording would appear as a timestamp (e.g., 20190606112712), and it won't upload automatically. Press "Upload" on it:

3. Still no luck? Restart the camera, while it's connected to the internet via ethernet cable, by long pressing the power button for 15 seconds. Then wait 1 minute and turn it on again. The upload should start.

4. Check the upload speed of your internet here: Get a speed test. Ensure to have a sufficient upload speed; we recommend at least 20 Mbps.
