When you’re on the Veo platform at app.veo.co, click on the menu on the right side. From here, you’ll want to choose Contact us, as shown below:
A chat window will now appear on the screen. Through here, you can then choose the nature of your inquiry and will be guided accordingly to the answer to your question or the resolution of any issue you might be experiencing.
If not possible to accommodate your request immediately, you will then be asked to provide us with information relevant to your case which allows us to offer you the best and most efficient support.
You can also access the Support Widget through our support site at support.veo.co by clicking on the button shown below:
From here, the process is the same as through the Veo platform.
